AEG ENR number begins with either 6 or 9 depending on the appliance. It is 9 - 11 digits long.

Example model number: EOB4531/B Model number beginning with Z, followed by numbers.

Model number will begin with a letter, followed by 3-6 numbers. E.g. H3161 001. If making an enquiry the cabinet number is also required - begins with 3 and is 16 digits long.

Fridges / Freezers: The model & serial number can usually be found on the fridge wall by the salad shelf; on the back of the machine; or from the user manual.

Your will find the full model number on an information plate either at the back or on the bottom of the machine. Most model numbers usually consist of numbers only or a combination of letters and numbers
