I had reason to order 2 dryer belts, I received both belts that I ordered in a prompt timeframe, and was even phoned to say my card had been credited for the belt I sent back that I had ordered incorrectly. Even when I phoned to say I had ordered the wrong belt, Your staff made my error into an 'easy mistake to make', which in reality it was purely my error on the web. You stayed on the call until you sorted my problems and advised me that they
would be with me the next day. I just came out of a meeting and I find the box
on my desk since 9am !!!
Customer service is the way forward - it is something we stress in our
company- you delivered as per your word !! and dealt with my problem in a
very friendly / but professional way. I have dicussed this with my team this
morning - a great example of excellent customer service, especially during a
busy Christams period - Dec 22ND !!!

Colm (Ireland) I want to take this opportunity to thank you for all your advice. I opened up the door (of the dishwasher) again and checked the wiring as it passed under the door pivot point. Yep you guessed it - there was a broken wire there and several others looked very close to failure. After repair the dishwasher is back in service.
