Searching for Part No - If you know the Part No. you need.
Enter your part No. in the Part No. / Model No.: .Field Box in the Upper Right of the Centre Page. If your search does not display your part. Try deleting the letters from the Part No. e.g. HPT161609 Re-enter 161609 in the "Product Search".
Searching for Model No - If you know your Model No. of your appliance.
Enter your Model No. in the Part No. / Model No.: .Field Box in the Upper Right of the Centre Page. If your search does not display your parts. Try deleting the letters from your Model No. e.g. WD61P Re-enter WD61 or 61 or 61P in the "Product Search"

Searching for Component
e.g. Creda Tumble Dryer Belt ( You can change the words to suit the part you need)
Enter Creda in the Brand Field Box on the Upper Left of the Centre Page.
Enter Tumble Dryer in the Appliance Type Field Box Underneath.
Enter Belt in the Category Field Box Underneath.
Press Search in the Field Box Underneath.
Your Search Results will be displayed. If your Part isnt displayed. Please, use the Contact Us page at the top of your screen. We will answer your query, as soon as, possible.
*How to Shop - Search Tips
1. Frequently, some parts will fit quite a few Brands. In order to see if your particular Part (e.g. Washing Machine Belt) fits other Brands, See Store Navigation on the Upper Left Side of the Screen. Left Click Washing Machine Parts. On the Centre Screen, youll find a selection of all parts to fit Washing Machines. Click on the Part Type you need e.g. Belts. Youll see a range of Belts You may find an alternative to your part under another Brand. Full length & no. of grooves will be specified on screen. Youll find it well worthwhile measuring & comparing your part to other parts on the list. This applies to most parts on the Webstore.
2. Once you've selected an item, click the "BUY" button. This adds the item to your current order. You will then be taken to an order summary screen that will list all items you currently have on order. Make sure your order information is correct. If you desire to order more than one of a particular item, change the quantity display then press the "UPDATE BASKET" button. This "UPDATE" button will recalculate your order subtotal. You may also remove items from your shopping cart at this point.
3. If you wish to shop more, simply click the "CONTINUE SHOPPING" button on your browser and you will be returned to the product page.
4. When you are finished shopping and want to proceed, click the "GO TO CHECKOUT" button. If you are not already viewing your order summary, you will be brought to this page to verify that your order is correct.
5. If you are a registered customer with a password, simply "LOGIN" to automatically prompt your personal information. If you are not registered, please fill out the electronic registration form with your information. We do not pass your information to any Third Party. Shopping is Totally Secure.
6. If everything looks OK, click the "CONTINUE CHECKOUT PROCEDURE" button again.
7. Choose a shipping method by checking the corresponding button

8. Carefully check all information is correct (especially shipping address - you can have your Order shipped to your work address), and click the "CONTINUE" button.
9. Your order will then be confirmed by email and we will issue you with a tracking number if you so wish.
