Appliance Parts Direct – APD - was established in 2002 by
Sean Sunderland. Having worked with some of the world’s largest appliance
manufacturers for over 25 years, he found that consumers were becoming
increasingly more dissatisfied with high charges and the poor level of service
provided.
This added to the trend that most appliance retailers were viewing spare parts
as a totally separate department within the appliance business, and having been
approached by several appliance dealers to set up such a service, after careful
consideration, APD became a reality.
Sean and his helpful staff are delighted with the reaction to the new venture.
Not only do they source spare parts and accessories for most popular brands,
but they provide helpful hints and tips should the customer have difficulty in
fitting the component.
APD carry a large range of parts ex. Stock, most are delivered within 3-5 days-
usually delivered well inside this time frame. Parts, which are out of stock,
take a little longer to dispatch.
Already APD is experiencing quite a lot of repeat sales from existing happy
customers, who are recommending us to their friends and families. Sean and his
staff derive great pleasure from this loyalty and would welcome any suggestions
